Abstract

.- The results are presented of the excavations at the Roman laundry and dyeing facilities (fullonica and tinctoria) of the II century A.D. in the Museo de Historia de la Ciudad de Barcelona. Four rooms of the first were excavated, including a cloth processing vat and a rinsing vat similar to those preserved in Ostia. In the dyeing buildings many weaving tools were found, as well as several vats with pigments remains.
