Abstract

The patrimonial mechanics has been based traditionally on rational factors, isolating those of more emotive or relational character. In addition, in the last times, The economic bias has forced them to seek for the profitability and to take part in the game of the offer and the demand, with poor results. To change this state of things means to change radically the strategies, to be based on the dialogue, to know the relations between the heritage and the social groups and, especially, to change our way of thinking about the heritage.
