Historiography of the iberian sculpture collection into the National Archaeological Museum (MAN)
Abstract
This contribution presents the entry of the Iberian sculpture collection into the National Archaeological Museum, explaining the various origins and the different forms of acquisition. Special emphasis is placed on the collection from the Cerro de los Santos (Montealegre del Castillo, Albacete), clarifying each entry corresponding to the various Museum Commissions located at the site, in addition to the different purchases made from antiques dealers.
