Los «ingenios» de Mingote
Abstract
This article analyses MINGOTE’S cartoons from a non psychological or subjective point of view, but forwarded to the nature of each created object, what Bueno calls «engines» of MINGOTE’S. The great philosopher considers humour as “determinations of the operator mind”, linked with the course and process of events, which produce phenomena such as irony. It is the internal logic of each work, developed because of its automatisms, that drives us to see and look at norms and concepts like ridiculous things. Bueno analyses MINGOTE’S engines using its known Theory of Anthropological Space, and considers the humorist as a great thinker able to move himself either in circular, radial and angular axes if necessary. He lets the works of the author to develop their effects in their readers without an all-comprehensive explanation which is unneccessaryDownloads
