Abstract

As an unusual event, April 11, 2019 is marked as the day in which the president of Ecuador, Lenin Moreno, decided to quit the political asylum of the WikiLeaks´s founder: Julian Assange. Due to this event, we analyze the global political readjustments that came through this, by scrutinizing Julian Assange´s profile and WikiLeaks. Then it is presented the context of Ecuador´s state, with this, the transparency political problem is localized. In the analysis are included two main models, Michel Foucault's Biopolitics and Byung-Chul Han's Psychopolitics, so we can understand the contemporary neoliberal scenario, as well as future projections of contemporary political reality.
