Prácticas y mecanismos de exclusión social: libelos y pasquines en Navarra (1550-1650)
Abstract
Insults, disqualifications and defamations circulated around the European continent during the modern centuries. Libels and lampoons became their fundamental support. These happened to be an exemplary diffusing vehicle. Through them the tensions and the existing social climate in the communities were shown in which they arose. In spite of its ephemeral character, they constituted a clear public reason for mockery. The studies trims in analyzing of detailed form this rich reality do not abound , nevertheless, this literary rage must be considered like one more an expression of the daily violence that was exerted in Europe throughout the Modern Age.
