The differential evolution of agrarian production. Obreros and terzuelos in the archbishopric of Toledo (1501-1700)
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to contribute to the study of the process of social differentiation and change in the Castilian countryside during the 16th and 17th centuries. The analysis of farming production (both agriculture and stockbreeding) in the archbishopric of Toledo allows us to compare the elite´s tithes of each subdivision (arciprestazgo) to those of the common people.Downloads
