Naturaleza y función de los encapsuladotes en los textos informativamente densos (la noticia periodística)
Abstract
Written news are characterized for handling a huge quantity of information, employing relatively scant linguistic means, i.e. for being prototypically infomatively compact texts. Among the many lexical and syntactic resources of a language to elaborate this kind of texts, in this paper we will focus on conceptual anaphora, trying to analyse its most salient features: its anaphoric and referential function, its nominal nature due to the need of reducing the information previously developed in verbal predicates, and its role in the textual information structure, acting as a link between information units, due to its sentence initial thematic position.Downloads
