Applications of Augmented Reality from the Audiovisual Documentation Services of televisions
Abstract
The possible applications of Augmented Reality (AR) are identified from and for the audiovisual documentation services of television companies, therefore identifying new professional tasks that until now are not being developed by the professional profile of the television documentary maker. These new professional tasks will give greater dissemination to the network's audiovisual collection, increasing the potential sale and knowledge of the archive among professionals and society in general. Through the bibliographic review, an analysis of the concept of Augmented Reality is carried out, in addition to describing its relationship with the media in a digital ecosystem and the development of Artificial Intelligence. Likewise, observation of audiovisual (information) products and information in their online content has been developed to determine the integration and current use of AR. In conclusion, AR is given value to integrate archive resources into broadcasts, a key piece for better contextualization of content and as a fundamental tool in the tasks of marketing and selling the archive's audiovisual resources
