Thinking on the margin of the horizon and on the horizon of the margins: towards a “phenomenological constructivism”
Abstract
The aim of this article is to draw on the fundamental principles of the program of what we could designate as “phenomenological constructivism”. In order to this, we begin by establishing the meaning of the notion of “horizon” phenomenologically understood, as well as briefly examining the most notable precedents of the constructivist position (Kant, Schopenhauer and Nietzsche). Next, it is pertinent to determine the specific carácter of “phenomenological constructivism” in the face of “sociological” and “psychological” incarnations of the constructivist point of view. And finally, it is indicated “what”, “how” and “from what” the constituted is constituited and also which is the role that corresponds to hermeneutics in the context of the phenomenological process of constitution of the given.
