ConcentrArte: an intervention proposal for Venezuelan children diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder
Abstract
ConcentrArte is a product of an investigation which purpose was focused in designing an intervention art therapy program for venezuelan between seven and eight years old children, whose diagnosis was attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). As a result, children were involved with their significant adults by a bimodal home-session treatment. The program contained a variety of art activities as a way to express inner self emotions and cognitive stimulation exercises for auditive and visual attention. ConcentrArte was a project that gathered psychological, art therapy and neuropsychological fields.Downloads
