Some aspects of the role of grammar in the Teaching of Arabic as a Foreign Language (Error evaluation, presentation of بارعلاا and the teaching of the morphology of the verb)
Abstract
This article discusses the possibility of a didactic performance around the role which grammar has in the teaching of Arabic as a foreign language, in its explicit or implicit teaching, in its inductive or deductive learning and their possible combinations. The three basic aspects of reasoning in this article are the following: the judgement for evaluating errors in the students performance, the presentation of بارعلاا and the teaching of the morphology of the verb. This work contains a proposal of didactic material and an experiment about the morphology of the verbs that highlights the need to consider the use of complimentary judgement, which are: the typology of verbs, the frequency of appearance and the selection of vocabulary to learn.Downloads
