Journal Publication Schedule

Amaltea publishes issues on a continuous periodicity. 

Each article will be submitted to the following editorial process. The phases of "Submission" and "Review" will last a maximum period of four months. After this period, the journal will communicate the acceptance or refusal of each article.

 

Submission

Continuous Call for Papers. Amaltea will receive articles throughout the year.

Review

Rejection of articles that do not meet our editorial guidelines.

Double-blind, peer review of articles.

Communication of acceptance, denial, and required revisions: a maximum period of four months after the reception of the article.

Copyediting

Review by the Editorial Board. If it considers that the final article does not meet the modifications proposed by the reviewers, it might be rejected at this stage.

Acceptance of authors of the final PDF file.

Production

Sending of the final articles for publication.

Publication of the article in the current or next issue, according to the editorial schedule of Amaltea, Revista de Mitocrítica.
