Carlos Fuentes and the Critique of Boundaries
Abstract
The exploration of boundaries is in the work of Carlos Fuentes a representation (a scar, according to the author) of the political and social history that separates Mexico from the United States, but it is also a metaphor for the modern spaces that are reorganized in his fiction as an alternative map that challenges the political order and questions the social disorder.Downloads
