Abstract

The article analyzes the place of Hector Bianciotti in the context of the Argentinean literature emphasizing on that aspects that grant him distinctive features: the election of Paris as place of residence, the French as literary language and France as the country where to publish. We offer special consideration to the writer's autobiographical trilogy in which the narration of the circular structure trip (from Argentina to París, and after that, the returning to the departure point) is a central experience. Finally, we analyze one of the Bianciotti's novel (El paso tan lento del amor, 1996) in which the emergency of traveling subjectivity promotes manifestations in the travel account of what we call images of intimacy.
