A Caravan of Ladies. Women in the Journalistic Chronicles of Rubén Darío
Abstract
Literature and journalism become synonyms in the chronicles which Darío started writing around 1892 and would continue publishing until his death, compiling them periodically in different volumes. Some of these chronicles show the poet’s relation with the women who «accompanied» him in the literary field and reveal his opinion of what it was acceptable for a woman to write.Downloads
