"Realidad nacional desde la cama" or how to recover the memory (of our identity) through the body
Abstract
This essay aims to analyze Luisa Valenzuela’s novel, Realidad nacional desde la cama, taking into account the foundations of Criticism as sabotage. Through the close reading of the different discourses that cross over the story, shows that Realidad nacional desde la cama operates as sabotage of these models of world that goals the naturalization of hegemonic thinking. At the same time, it points out the power of the body, understood as point of suture for individual and collective identities.Downloads
