Digital technology, a real motor of project-based learning in scientific and technical French
Abstract
Nowadays, digital technologies lie at the heart of university syllabus, which want to provide an answer to current social demands. Likewise, digital technologies are key in nowadays teaching practices that use them as essential tools in the deployment of an active pedagogy where students have become the protagonists of the learning process. However, the question that arises is not about their use but rather about how to integrate them into classroom activities. In other words, which activities are relevant to transform the use of digital technology into a real motor? Simple access to online resources is surely not enough. Their use must transform everyday class content and change our relationship with the teaching-learning process, how we act, and how we teach students. In this vein, project-based pedagogy is a way to achieve this and to give our students the necessary boost to go further in their learning process. This is, in a word, the aim of this paper.
