Political subjectivities in two emerging work modalities inUruguay
Abstract
The study delves into the processes involved in shaping subjectivities within the context of work. To achieve this objective, a dialogue has been initiated, intertwining the configurationist perspective proposed by De la Garza with the Marxist framework presented by Modonesi. Both perspectives delve into the procedural aspects of forming political subjectivities, prompting us to consider their dynamic and non-linear nature. The exploration of this field is approached through two distinct modes of work: one associated with rural labor in the forestry chain and the other with a digital platform company, both representing emerging forms within the Uruguayan labor context.
