Abstract

This article will examine the way in which increased attention was given to the risks of work accidents, business leadership and feeling of friendship in the workplace, as part of a joint process aimed at the psychologization of workers in cities of Bogotá and Medellín during the proposed periodization. To analyze this, some academic and press articles, theses, books, among others, will be taken as an analysis source, with which it will be possible to clarify, in historical terms, the way in which said psychologization process went through other disciplines such as the administration and engineering. Thus, the focus of error, failure and deficiency, as an explanatory source to objectify work accidents, was articulated with the management of friendship and the potential for work from a psychological approach.
