Experiencia no académica: el profesorado asociado como actor doblemente precarizado
Abstract
Este artículo pretende evidenciar los procesos de precarización e intensificación del trabajo en la figura del profesorado asociado y ahondar en la repercusión que para toda la comunidad universitaria tiene esta estrategia de mercantilización con-sentida.
El análisis vislumbra como el desmantelamiento de lo público está relacionado con la precarización del trabajo docente e investigador que dentro de la lógica del obrero colectivo comienza con la pauperización de aquellos que son más vulne-rables pero que puede suponer una fisura irreversible en las relaciones laborales, así como, las condiciones de trabajo y vida de todo el colectivo. En el artículo se ha realizado un análisis desde la perspectiva de género para conocer como las prácticas de intensificación afectan a las personas.
Non academic experience: the associate professor as doubly precarious actor
This article aims to show the processes of precariousness and intensification of work in the figure of associate professors and deepen the impact to the entire university community has this commercialization strategy spoiled. The analysis sees as the dismantling of the public is related to the precariousness of teaching and research work within the logic of collective worker begins with the impove-rishment of those who are most vulnerable but this can make an irreversible fissu-re in labor relations and as working conditions and life of all group. In the articles has been performed an analysis from a gender perspective to be known as inten-sification practices that affect the people.
