Emancipation by Literature. Ideas of the Literary in Argentina´s Seventies: Osvaldo Lamborghini and The Grupo Literal
Abstract
Between the 1960s and the 1970s, Argentina undergoes a process of transformation that goes beyond the purely political. These processes that change the common life of citizens also reach literature and incite the staking out of many ideas about the literary that were still current until that moment. Thus, new representative forms emerge proposing an unprecedented scenario in twentieth-century Argentinian Arts. One of the main nuclei from which new concepts and reflections begin to be suggested is the Grupo Literal, which brings together authors who will soon stand out individually. This article analyzes the implications of the work of Osvaldo Lamborghini, one of its most debated and controversial exponents.
