Political Theology and War Machine. Schmitt and Deleuze, Two Ontologies of Force
Abstract
We analyze here the notion of war exposed by Carl Schmitt and by Gilles Deleuze and its consequences around the category of resistance. To this end we note that both authors start from an ontology sign of strength, however, quite different. On the one hand, Schmitt placed political criteria under par friend / enemy in the intensity of this opposition is the determining factor to ensure homogeneity on the other, Deleuze with his nomadology up his war machine concept of an instance by which states the difference.Downloads
