Abstract
Immersed in the XXI century and mired in what we call «The Information Society». We are at a crossroads hard to beat. The recent years have left a bitter taste on the tangibility of the new technologies and what they can hold us for the development of a better society. The large hubble created around the technologies has led us to create concepts that rarely resemble the real situation in which we live. The concept called «Global Village» that we had technological development has turned and we are teaching other faces. Social inequality, the lack to the real access to information of most citizens and other type of social problems. Contrary to what has been called the liberalization of access to the information we have found a mirage that only presents a manipulated and biased information that has never been known in other media communication. The global village is presented as a generator which stronghold could call global identity away from the first definitions of such term.Downloads
