Abstract
The influence of Aristotle’s thinking on Alonso de Madrigal’s, el Tostado, work De optima politia is analysed in this article. Special relevance is attached to the fact that this 15th century author, a supporter of conciliarism, defends the convenience of democracy and not monarchy.Downloads
