LA FORMACION DE LA IDEA DE SOBERANIA
Abstract
The 13th century was a period of major changes in a number of areas: the economy, politics and society. With respect to political philosophy, the most relevant is the gestational process of one of the most important concepts of modern politics: sovereignty. The author traces the process of formation of this concept, which passed from canonic law to civil law, through medieval juridical regalism, in order to strengthen the position of the kingdoms in the face of the Church.Downloads
