La investigación textual imagológica contemporánea y su aplicación en el análisis de obras literarias

Abstract
Nowadays we are still having an important discussion about the theory that should be applied to the studies of imagology. This article offers concepts about imagology that can be useful for systematic investigations of images (here: imagotypes) inside a literary text. We estimate that this article shows the possible relationship between formal aspects and its practical use in literary works concerning the difficult study of imagotypes. In this way it is possible to reduce the gulf between the theory of imagology and its practical application which still exists in the majority of imagological works published nowadays.Downloads
