In this conversation, Justa Montero (feminist activist), María Rosón and Maite Garbayo (editors of issue 11 of Re-visiones), take a look at the history of feminism in Spain. They tackle the emergence of the feminist movement after Franco's death, focusing on the visual and material memory of feminist resistance through actions, images and ways of doing things. The conversation highlights the importance of tracing genealogies that cross the Franco dictatorship and connect us with women and practices that were precursors of our feminisms. The feminist revolts appear as a continuum that connects the past with a present in which the movement is in full bloom.
