Medios económicos y disciplinarios para combatir el incumplimiento de los socios de participar en las actividades de las cooperativas agrarias
Abstract
The basic motivations of the member of a cooperative should be to contribute to the achievement of a common project, loyalty to the collective objectives and purpose of fulfilling their commitments. However, too often, some members do not contribute to the cooperative the amounts committed, harming the interests of the society and the other members. Although this behaviour is a violation of a social obligation to participate in the activities of the cooperative, it is difficult to punish offenders and, even more, to repair the economic damage they cause. This study raises the possibility of a complementary economic method, compatible with the legal system of penalties, to cope with the failure to participate in the activity of cooperative.Downloads
