Calidad en la acción humanitaria
Abstract
The author presents the current debate over the quality of humanitarian aid and the different responses to it coming from such areas like organizational management, human rights, context contingency and empowerment. At the same time, the article revises interesting experiences dealing with this issue as the SPHERE Project or its french counterpart, QUALITÉ, and the work of other networks like ALNAP or ICVA. Finally, some proposals to meet this end are listed at the end of the article.
