La experiencia de la agencia catalana de cooperación para el desarrollo en acción humanitaria y construcción de paz
Abstract
The Agència Catalana de Cooperació al Desenvolupament (ACCD – Catalan Cooperation Agency for Development) decided, in 2004, to bet on linking the Humanitarian Action and Peacebuilding. This article explains what we understand as Humanitarian Action and Peace building at the ACCD, the link we establish between these two areas and the instruments and the Catalan legal frame that allows us to develop our commitment towards Peace building and Humanitarian Action.
