The right to education of children with disabilities
Abstract
This article is based on the report submitted by the author to the Human Rights Council in his capacity of UN Special Rapporteur about the right to education, focused on the right to inclusive education of persons with disabilities. The article recommends a series of legislative, policy and financial measures that need to be adopted in order to give effect to this right.
