Mischiuen III, un contexto funerario singular en el Canal Beagle (Tierra del Fuego)
Abstract
We present in this paper the archaeological work done in a singular funerary context, the site of Mischiuen III, and the first results which we obtained. This work makes sense in a general ethnoarchaeological research developed since 1988 by our team at the Argentinean coast of Beagle Channel, and new data contributes to the understanding of the hunter-gatherers societies of Tierra del Fuego. At the same time we present the results of the application of new methodologies in the way to register this kind of archaeological contexts: the burials.Downloads
