Abstract

This essay recovers ideas and productions of the interdisciplinary team of researchers and professors from the Faculty of Social Work at the National University of Entre Rios, Argentine. We propose a critical review of the practices and the notion of diversity are based from, by means of using the perspective of the social production of disability and the paradigm of complexity. We try to deconstruct the concept of diversity, not just to change it for more comfortable ideas, but to dive into the confusion of meanings that diversity is as a descriptor of a certain order of things. The notion of diversity can be useful in the biological field while describing a host of possible types, but it is certainly necessary to be discussed in the implications of his translation to the social field. Finally, we propose to move from the perspective of attention to and in diversity to approach the complexity of experience recovering the idea of complexity, referring to experiences that are not organized and legitimized around the signage and identification of a particular complex (as a specific one) and his complexity, but experience can recognize it as an intrinsic condition of every educational, social, political, cultural experience.
