El principio de precaución en la gestión internacional del riesgo medioambiental
Abstract
This article deals with the analysis of the precautionary principle and the risk management in the case of significant developments in technology and its negatives consequences. The author analyzes the valuable epistemological issues involved in the risk evaluating and the difficulties to make active the precautionary principle in international agreements, like Cartagena o Kyoto protocols, focused on the environmental and health protection. These difficulties are examined in terms of collective action theory and its analytics tools, showing the collective action and decision problems in the risk management in international spaces.Downloads
