Abstract
Japón: el cansancio de una nación, written by Carlos Maya-Ambía, applies the theoretical framework proposed by the Korean philosopher Byung-Chul Han for modern societies to the Japanese society. Thereby, the essay identifies burnout’s symptoms in current Japan. An identification based on both Japanese particularities and common elements to modern societies.
