Abstract
Translation of the book by American poet Arthur Binard, created in commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. Written in the form of a children’s picture book, the author gives voice to the objects once belonging to the victims. Through their silent testimonies, they gently reveal how the routine of their days was shattered and how they were drawn towards their death. As a writing devoted to peace, this book stands as a message to future generations.
