El discurso de prensa de los derechos humanos. Notas desde La mediación social
Abstract
The object of this work is to carry out an application of the social mediation paradigm (M. Martín Serrano) to understand the communicative practice of the informative discourse on human rights in the referred dominant Mexican media. This work summarizes the relevant aspects of La mediación social, and explains its importance for the social sciences and communications studies. In the second part, the social meanings regarding human rights (HR) are ex-plained, as well as the importance of its insertion as a public discourse in the mass media for the Mexican social and political formation. The implications of the informative discourse on HR is also characterized from a social and semiotic approach. In the last part HR are re-viewed from the social mediation paradigm; we review the concept of some logical mediation operations in Human Rights, both in practice and discourse.Downloads
