Consumer Mediation and dispute resolutions in the Community context
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to examine the role of Civil Mediation in the conflicts where, by the intervention of several subjects or their legal protection, this ADR must be adapted. To this end, the paper examines Consumer Mediation, incorporated to Civil Mediation by the Law 7/2017, as well as disputes in the Community context. The latter refers to neighbourhood relations and property easements, co-ownership, foreclosure proceedings, horizontal property and conflicts at school.
