Abstract
This work is located within the paradigm of Restorative Justice. Among the assumptions pursued by this form of justice, is the correction of the damage caused by the situation of conflict, the possibility of reparation and, mainly, the protagonism of the parties involved in the solution of the dispute. For the purpose of achieving this empirical work, the general objective is to analyze the use of restorative practices in the criminal justice system of the Province of Neuquén, with special reference to reparation as a transforming element in the criminal conflict.Downloads
