The Conflict and Its Resolution through Consumer Arbitration in Spain

Abstract

The increase in commercial transactions and conflicts that are achieved by the parts, have contributed make, by the Spanish State, various actions to promote and disseminate the Consumer Arbitration in order to provide society with a different justice mechanisms, that allows to be transparent, fast, free and also satisfies the claims of those involved in conflict resolution. The central objective of this research is the analysis of a general form of the Consumer Arbitration System, its scope and its main features; jointly we will strengthen timely contributions from addiction to Article 51.1 of the Spanish Constitution.
