Abstract

Conflicts often arise between young people within the community beyond the judicial system. The focus of joint work intervention services from the perspective of mediation at both the community and the criminal levels is an innovative way to deal with such situations. At the same time, it represents an opportunity to resolve the issue through dialogue in the community, within the limits set by the judicial system.
