Abstract

This article is a translation into Spanish of Wendy Brown's article “Suffering rights as paradoxes,” originally published inConstellations in 2000. In this paper, the author considers the difficult relation between selected feminist ambitions and rights discourse in the United States. This translation is part of the dossier “Feminist Political Theory: Tensions, Dilemmas and Debates,” published in Las Torres de Lucca, International Journal of Political Philosophy in July 2020.
