Presentación: Temas y problemas de la edición y la traducción de los textos de Kant

Abstract

This special issue of Con-Textos Kantianos focuses on the various topics and problems  related to the editing and translation of Kant’s works. The translated text presented to the reader in each case is not only open to multiple subsequent interpretations but is itself the result of prior work involving documentation, study, and interpretation, which by its very nature requires a multitude of decisions. The articles collected here have been written by specialists with experience in this specific field of research and highlight some of the underlying principles involved in these decision-making processes.
