Abstract
In the following pages, we will analyze and study an exorcistic formula (Who are you?) in some works of Western Literature. We show its origin and development in Late Antiquity from the first century CE in works such as 11QPsa, Testament of Solomon, Questions of Saint Bart h o l o m e w in exorcistic settings in order to study afterwards its presence in literary works of authors such as Dante, Marlowe, Shakespeare, Calderón de la Barca, Tirso de Molina, Quevedo, Vélez de Guevara , Goethe and Thomas Mann.Downloads
