On the Concept and Reality of Religion: a dialogue with Andrea Aguti
Abstract
This paper examines de object and scientific status of the Philosophy of Religion, following Andrea Aguti's proposal. First, we address objections to the concept of "religion" and the legitimacy of the Philosophy of Religion. We then explore how philosophical inquiry relates to theology, psychology, anthropology, and propositional logic. Our aim is to highlight the specific contributions of the Philosophy of Religion within the scientific debate and define the concept of "religion".
