Abstract

This paper offers an approach to the impact, in Spain, of the historical anthropology of the ancient world developed in France in the second half of the 20th century. After a brief presentation of the origin of this interpretative current and its international impact, it offers an approach to the activity developed by the authors who made it known in Spain, as well as an analysis of the reasons that may explain its scarce roots in the Spanish academy.
