Roman inscriptions from San Vicente del Valle (Burgos)
Abstract
This work addresses the edition of ten inscriptions from Roman period found in the church of la Asunción at San Vicente del Valle (Burgos). Despite the deficient preservation and fragmentation of some of them, their study reveals that most of them would be funerary monuments. In addition, the onomastics, the text structure and the funerary formulae of the inscriptions follow the usual characteristics of the Roman epigraphic habit.Downloads
