La commemorazione della battaglia di Geraneia nell’epitafio di Lisia per i caduti della guerra di Corinto (Lys. Epit. 48-53)

Resumen
Este artículo estudia algunos parágrafos del epitafios logos de Lisias para los caídos en la Guerra de Corinto (392/391 a.C.), dedicado a la conmemoración de una batalla librada entre los atenienses y los corintios en la Megáride en 460/459 a.C. Su objetivo es ofrecer una interpretación histórica innovadora y clara de esta conmemoración, no explorada completamente en estudios previos sobre el epitafios logos. Tras una sinopsis con las Historias de Tucídides, que son la única otra fuente antigua que relata el episodio en detalle, el ensayo procede con una perspectiva histórica y analiza la sección centrándose en el contexto social y político de finales de los años 90 del siglo IV a.C. Para comprender plenamente los antecedentes y los propósitos de la conmemoración de Lisias, el estudio también propone una comparación innovadora entre este texto y algunos versos del Ecclesiazusae de Aristófanes, interpretados en el mismo período.
