Abstract
In the article that follows, we study the legendary figure of Isidore of Seville as prophet of Christian Spain in the Middle Ages. Taking as point of departure Spanish hagiography and historiography from the 9th to the 1 3th centuries, we analyze the creation process of the great prophetic cycle originated with regard to St. Isidore during the 15th century and its derivations.Downloads
